The Challenges

Mainly focused on wholesale in Scandinavia, Russia and US, Lumene decides to approach its b2c market directly online before opening any physical stores. The company need to create an internal structure from an organizational and system point of view. This drives the need of a scalable and flexible technology to follow and support the growth of b2c business from scratch up to the achievement of company’s goals. Secondly, such technology shall drive a limited impact on the company’s organization.

Our Approach

Keros supports the company in understanding the needs of an online B2c strategy and defining the impacts on its structure. At the same time Keros provides a flexible, scalable and omni comprehensive OMS to initially face the local market but at the same time ready for an international and omni-channel strategy.
