Twinset designs and distributes high level fashion apparel in Europe, the USA and Asia. Historically developed in the wholesale channel, the brand wanted to focus on the final consumer by expanding its retail success into an omni channel strategy.

Challenge

Keeping a proper balance between direct (retail and e-commerce) and indirect sales (wholesale) is a challenge that requires a flexible e-commerce solution. In this way, the final consumer can be reached with a consistent communication strategy, but the messages can also be customized when needed.

Approach

Keros provided a unique e-commerce platform that reaches the customer at every touchpoint. The native integration between K-Commerce and K-inStore allows to provide the retail stores with a dedicated app showing the catalogue in part or in full. If a product is missing in store, the order can be immediately placed online, without losing a sales opportunity and simultaneously providing stellar customer service.

Conclusion

K-inStore was developed as a natural extension of K-Commerce. From the same control panel of the online shop, the digital team can manage the catalogue shown in stores, fulfill orders and integrate offline customers into the online experience. At the same time, the retail team can satisfy all customer requests without missing sales opportunities.
